Due to the considerable shipping expenses associated with home decor items, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, for which we will promptly provide a replacement product. To request a replacement, please send an email to help@mihocreations.com with the order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a reverse pick-up and upon receiving the same will send you a replacement.
